Philippe Wagner's Old Fashioned Knacks have been awarded the silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole 2019.

They offer you the true taste of the charcuterie of the past. They are naturally smoked with resinous wood, soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside: this is the secret of their name! The characteristic little sound that makes "knack" when you crack them in two! This is how it expresses all its crunchiness since its origins dating back to the 16th century.

A must in sauerkraut, Philippe Wagner Knacks can be used in many ways (pasta or vegetable gratins, hotdogs, puff pastries, etc.) and are perfect with mashed potatoes, chips, etc.
