- A jury of professionals : Lorraine Pierrat, ( Chef of the St Romary in Remiremont, young talent Gault & Millau), Jean-Michel Turin ( starred chef of the Château de Vauchoux ), Fabrice Piguet ( Delegate of the association of Master Chefs of France and MOF ) and Frédéric Cavagnac ( President of the CMAI-FC).
- Students from hotel schools and CFAs in the Vosges and Franche-Comté were selected to compete and show off their art!
- The "Philippe Wagner" old-fashioned knack, silver medal at the CGA 2019
- Prizes, challenge and fun around a revisited Hot-Dog, premium in short extraordinary!
