Last year, we opened our doors to Martin Blanchard and Maud Gangler as part of their report for the television channel Arte. The subject? The Malbouffe, a deciphering of the practices of the agri-food industry.

We intervene on the theme of the Clean Label with the manufacture of the sausage of Montbéliard IGP. We show the difference between the classic version of the André Bazin brand and our Philippe WAGNER recipe made with natural ingredients and nitrite-free salt.
