Our Old Fashioned Sauerkraut is the result of our collaboration with Scanup!

We chose to co-create, with them, an original old-fashioned sauerkraut thanks to a survey submitted to consumers via their mobile application!

Choice of the type of dish, the assortment, the portions: a new reference unique on the market because elaborated with all our know-how of traditional pork butcher, fine salt without nitrite, French pork meat and stemming from the Bleu-Blanc-Coeur network. A tasty and melting cabbage accompanies a selection of our best charcuterie products prepared the old fashioned way: smoked sausage, knacks awarded a silver medal at the 2019 Paris General Agricultural Competition, slice of smoked peasant bacon...
