Choose a quality mozzarella to make this simple summer appetizer an explosion of flavors thanks to very good products!

To vary the presentation, make this starter in the form of skewers: using a Parisian spoon, take some marbles from your melon and choose a mozzarella in small balls. On a peak, alternate melon balls, ham and mozzarella!
